This is my current build.
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3BxmNG

on the capability notes it says

my case has to front usb slot I would like to utilize.

"Thermaltake Urban S1 MicroATX Mini Tower Case has front panel USB 3.0 ports, but the ASRock 960GM/U3S3 FX Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard does not have onboard USB 3.0 headers."

is there an alternative i can do.

I heard something about 3.0 to 20 pin converter, would that work?

deleted my answer to not waste space. You will want to connect your front USB 3.0 to the USB 2.0 headers on the mobo. You can not use the front USB at 3.0 speeds as the mobo won't support it. You can only use the rear panel USB 3.0. You just need to make sure you can convert the front 3.0 plug to your 2.0 on the mobo.

Those options won't work. The second one would add more 3.0 ports to the back of the case, not to the front.
