Title. I'd go up $50 over if the features gained justified it. If possible id like the PFx (?) chip that let's you get 2x16 PCI, but I also heard that it extends bandwidth. If there is a board that only uses it in 2x16 mode and not 1x16 that would be ideal. I'm not looking to sli right now but will probably do so in the future. Good audio is a must. I'm not planning to do a super big oc so doesn't have to have amazing support. My CPU will be a intel i7-4790k oced to maybe 4.5 ghz. The board must be able to run 144hz on 1440p, should have display port (in case I want to upgrade to the rog swift in the future). Graphics card will be a gtx 880. I'm planning to go with hard drives, 1 samsung 840 Evo 250gb and one wd black 2 tb. Sorry for the essay lol. Thanks for your help!

I'm currently thinking of getting the fractal design define r4 black pearl as a case, but the motherboard dictates the case, not the other way around, so don't worry about compatability
On a side note, with that over clock, what would be the best cooling solution?
