I've been wondering if any motherboard with a PCI Express x16 slot such as the G41M-VS3 R2.0 from ASROCK, support a DDR5 Graphics card such as GeForce GT 730 64-bit GDDR5,
depending on the Power supply or any other Components.

Any answers given would be much appreciated.
Thank you.

Doesn't matter.
BUT
You won't be able to use more than 4 gig of system RAM with a 32bit system.

If you have a 2 gig video card, you won't be able to use more than 2 gig of system RAM, with 32bit .

If you have 32 bit windows, you can download 64 bit, and use the same licence.

Firstly, Thanks for that answer.
I have one more doubt. Should the OS used be a 64-bit OS or will the card work on 32-bit OS ?
Or does the OS used even matter ?
