Hi,
Sadly, i haven't received any replies in other forums, so I thought I'd try here.
I am wondering if any of you have experience with the Fractal Design Node 804 case.

What I'm looking for is a way of fitting two motherboards (1 mATX & 1 mITX with separate PSU's) into one Node 804 case.

The HDD chamber should be able to fit a mITX motherboard if you remove one of the HDD trays.
Though it lacks the proper screw holes, etc, in my case, it will use it's own picoPSU and only requires a network cable to be connected. Nothing more.

The second alternative would be to mount the mITX motherboard on top of the mATX motherboard, as I guess the screw holes are in the same places. The issues, I assume, is that this will block the access to the PCIe 16x-port and might narrow down the max height of my CPU coolers.

I'm open for anything. I basically just want to use a server and a gaming computer in the same rig.

/Pete

It actually worked! I modified one of the plastic mount frames for the disk cabinettes, which allowed me to mount the mITX motherboard with an approx. 45 degree incline.
