It started a month ago, with the pc not starting normally it asked to go into safe mode but even that wasn't working, so I tried recovery but it couldn't find the problem. Finally one day it was able to go into safe mode and I reformated the pc, but even now it still doesn't start! What do I do?

What do you mean doesn't start? Can you please elaborate more? Are you stuck on the POST or in the Windows Logo?
