Hello guys,

I just want to know what should i choose between the two GPU's described above.

Currently I am using a low end PC but I want to improve it in the future.
The specs are the following:

CPU: Core2Duo E8400 @3.00 GHz
RAM: 4GB DDR2 @800 MHz
GPU: Radeon 5450 1GB DDR3 on 64 bit
PSU: 550W
MOBO: P5E VM-DO from ASUS

What do you suggest to buy between the Radeon R7 260x 2GB DDR5 and GTX 750 TI 2GB DDR5?
Also i want to improve my computer in the future but I want to upgrade it step by step. At this moment I just want to get a good GPU because the current one is really bad.

Also the price difference between GPU's is about $20

Thank you guys!

GTX 750 Ti without doubt, Marius. And If games are your priority, then buy GPU first. :)

I have a C2D too but e7500 and I ordered an ASUS GTX 750 Ti instead of R7 260x because the low TDP gives nice benefits beyond temperature and power consumption. I heard it can overclock well by a 28%, but the great strength is definitely its energy conservation besides his performance, in any way, 750 Ti would be a better a choice.

Also guys, I have did a small research and I have found that a AMD FX-6300 and ASRock 960GC-GS FX is at the same price range as the GTX 750 ti, what should i do? is it worth it to buy the CPU and MOBO instead of video card?
Also I can use my HDD and RAM on the new MOBO and I will change them in the future.

To your case, buy GPU first, then upgrade CPU and MOBO, you can end that sweet budget pc with a FX 8320 and a 970 or 990 AMD chipset/Mobo but you will need to get DDR3 RAM also.
