worst thing? aint sure many horrible things can happen, but lets hope murphy's law doesn't apply for you. If you're afraid to overvolt, either take out the 1,5V ram stick and use your PC with measly 4GB or buy another 1,65V ram stick, your choice.

uhm, listen lot of unexpected stuff can happen since each case is different, they MIGHT work, but mixing voltages is never a good thing.
You could overvolt the 1.5V ram stick in BIOS (up to 1.65V),and technically then both of them should work but eh,never can be sure.
