hi, my pc configuration is MOTHERBOARD:GIGABYTE GA -G41 MT S2PT. PROCESSOR:INTEL CORE 2DUO E8400 3.00 GHZ. MY GRAPHICS CARD IS NVIDIA GT 430.but I can play latest game at maximum resolution.so i want to upgrade my graphics card.my choice is SAPHIRE R7 250X.is my pc support this card.is there any other good option?pls can anyone give me information?

clearly not native english.. I believe you need wholly new PC as it seems heavily updated, but if you got $ jsut for 1 upgrade,yeah R7 250X will do.
