I plan to buy a VtX3D R7 265 graphics card, but my 650W PSU is inferior and so lacks a 6 pin connector. Therefore, if I wish to use this graphics card, I will require a 6 pin connector. I have two female Molex LP4 connectors free, so I could use an adapter, but the graphics card is 500W, and some power may be lost through the adapter, will this be a problem?

Generally it is not a good idea to use molex adapters to power a GPU since it shows how bad your PSU when its state it as a 650W psu. It might work but i would advise you to replace your PSU with a better quality like Seasonic, XFX or EVGA B2 series.

I'll probably just buy a ZOTAC 750ti that doesn't require a 6 pin
