Check your drivers and make they are correct and up to date. Make sure that any integrated graphics is disabled. Try reseating your GPU. Run a system cleaner like CCleaner to make sure any extraneous entries are gone.

bugcheck 116 is VIDEO_TDR_ERROR
basically your graphics driver stopped responding to windows, windows directx tried to reset the hardware and did not get a response.

suggestions: turn off any overclocking to the graphics hardware, update graphics drivers, disable unused graphics sound devices in control panel.
Make sure the BIOS is not overclocking the PCI bus. (if that is a option on your motherboard set PCI speed to 100MHz not 103MHz as some systems are set to)
- might also confirm that your GPU has proper power and is not overheating.
