Not getting the performance

I played arma 3 on mid to high settings and am getting only about 40 frames any way to get me more whats up with that...

Amd FX 6300
GTX 760
8gb ram

I have the same build and play arma 3 on ultra with a lot more frames than that? I don't have any idea why your parts arnt running as well but if you want better performance I recommend overclocking it isn't that hard and doesn't require you to buy anything

My GPU is brand new and see a huge fps boost in other games as for overclocking i overclocked my gpu i just dont do it everytime i play.. i only played the first mission of campaign if that matters
