Which PSU Should I Get

Hello I am looking to upgrade my pc as I believe either the PSU or GPU to be faulty. I need a new PSU first and was looking at the RM650 corsair. Here is my build

Processor (CPU)

Would the RM650 be compatible with this setup?

Yes the RM 650 will be compatible with the setup.

If you are on a budget when buying a PSU. I would go with any Bronze (only 5% less energy efficient than a Gold). Then some manufacturers I would personally go for is Antec, Corsair (not CX Series), EVGA, SeaSonic, Thermaltake or XFX.

Yes 750W would be more than enough even if you SLI the 660Ti. ;)
