I'm trying to overclock my 4690k, but this chip is proving to be difficult. At a multiplier of 46, and a core voltage of 1.3, My computer shuts off after 3-4 hours of running the test Prime95. Plain old BSOD. Should i up the voltage again? It's only a multiplier of 46.......or these chips just really suck. I still have faith in Haswell Refresh. Temps never go over 70*C.

You may have gotten one that's slightly less capable, but I don't think I've seen a Haswell Refresh processor get further than about 4.8 GHz using a practical cooling solution, with 4.7 GHz seeming more common. They don't seem to overclock any better than the 4670K/4770K (same chip, after all), they just stay a bit cooler in the process.
