*I have found out that it do indeed have java 32-bit because i was watching a YouTube video on how to allocte more RAM to Minecraft and he said that if you have 32-bit you will only be able to allocate 1GB but if you have 64-bit you have no limitations. The error i get with Minecraft if i add more than 1GB is this:

Error occurred during initialization of VM
Could not reserve enough space for object heap
Also This: Screenshot of error message

Also i start up Minecraft in the console it says this:

[20:51:27 INFO]: System.getProperty('os.name') == 'Windows 8.1'
[20:51:27 INFO]: System.getProperty('os.version') == '6.3'
[20:51:27 INFO]: System.getProperty('os.arch') == 'x86'
[20:51:27 INFO]: System.getProperty('java.version') == '1.7.0_67'
[20:51:27 INFO]: System.getProperty('java.vendor') == 'Oracle Corporation'
[20:51:27 INFO]: System.getProperty('sun.arch.data.model') == '32'

Im pretty sure because it says for the OS arch is is x86 witch i think is 32-bit and it syas 32 for the other thing that i have a 32-bit java version. But iv installed and uninstalled java about 7 times already but it says the same thing.

Hey there! I recently built a new PC And when I got that PC I Got the AMD A10 5800k APU and it is a 64-bit based CPU/APU. Iv also go windows 8.1 64-bit. But when I got my hole PC together and downloaded/installed everything like Skype, FileZila, Spottily, ect. Then I went to my task manager and saw this:

Screenshot of task manager

Now, I was really concerned and worried on why it said 32-bit on almost all my open software. But once i noticed it i kinda ignored it because it wasn't really effecting my PC's speed on what i could notice. But when I recently decided to add more RAM to my Minecraft but java wouldn't let me allocate more than 1GB. Now this is where i started getting concerned about the 32-bit thing because i have 8GB of RAM installed. Iv installed and uninstalled java multipel times and it still wont let me allocate more than 1GB. Im thinking its installing a 32-bit version fo Java like it was installing 32-bit versions of Chrome, Skype and things like that.Does anyone know whats going on? I really want to fix this because for some reason my MC just chews up 1GB and it will go up to 98% of RAM used at some points.If anyone knows how to fix this or what is going on please comment! These are my PC specs if needed:

Screenshot: screenshot of PC Info
*As you can see i have both a x64 Based CPU and a 64-bit version of Widnows 8.1

CPU: AMD A10 5800k APU clocked at 3.8GHz
RMC: 8GB of RAM (Forgot what the speed of the ram is, I think 1600 or something like that)
HDD: 1 500GB HDD
MoBo: MSI A78M - E45
GPU: None, Using APU.

But I know Applications like Chrome and skype are coded for 64 bit and im pretty sure i installed 64-bit versions, Yet its still saying its 32-bit in the task manager. Im also pretty sure my java is on a 32-bit version beacuse i would easily add 2GB of RAM on my old PC as I had 4GB installed. When when i add more than 1GB it get a error saying java couldn't allocate that much RAM and the program is now shutting down.

Im pretty sure i installed Java 64-bit but if it was working correctly I would be able to allocate more than 1GB of RAM to Minecraft. As i said, Every time i go over 1GB it crashes and wont let Minecraft load.
