Is my GPU hotter than it should be in this game?

I have a EVGA GTX 770 Superclocked w/ ACX Cooler 2GB. I was playing Just Cause 2, for about 15-10 minutes just to test the temps, and I got about 60 C while driving in the city. (I was running on mostly maximum settings, anti-aliasing at 4x, and vsync was on) I know that 60 C is a very safe temp for the GTX 770 to be at, and even higher temps are still safe, but I am wondering if that temp is higher than it should be in this game. Should I put more fans on it? I know many other games are even more demanding.

No. 60'c is very cool for a GPU in games. Its pretty normal for GPUs to run into 70-80'c in gaming.

Download and run Unigine Valley, run the Extreme HD benchmark for 20 mins or so and see how hot it gets if you really want to see the load temp.

I just tried Unigine Valley on Extreme HD. It got to about 79 C in about 4-5 minutes. Most of the time it stayed at 77-78 C it seemed. Is that safe temps? I actually have an extra fan I could put on the GPU but that I was to lazy to put on hahaha. It's on the side panel meaning I would have to disconnect the fan everytime I take the side panel off.

Yeah totally fine. Unigine will really heat it, so thats pretty good.
