In my case I have two stock 140mm in the front. I can mount two fans on top to exhaust the air out but I am afraid that the air will go straight in than out the top. Will is just be a waist of money and time or will it improve cooling?

Here Is my case:http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-case-750d

Here are the fans I might get: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-case-fan-co9050009...

I also might get this fan controller: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/nzxt-fan-controller-senmix...

The fan controller is good, I'd suggest you get 2 more fans, one at the back for exhaust, and one at the top, nearest to the back, as exhaust also, that way, you'll get good airflow

Idf you already have one at the back, get the 2 at the top, since hot air rises, the fans will expel the hot air easier at the top, so mount the 2 at the top, nearest to the back
