Theoretically it is possible, but I doubt Foxcon has a new BIOS, and that is where you would have to get it.

Looks like they updated for overclocking 1333 memory, but says nothing about CPU

Just flash the newest one, it will have all the previous updates.
I will be very surprised if Foxcon of all manufacturers, update a BIOS to make a board overclock.
