GTX 750 or GTX 650ti???

My system specs are:
OS: Windows 7 64-bit
CPU: Intel Core 2 duo E7500 2.9GHz
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 4350 (planning an upgrade)
RAM: 4 GB

I am planning to buy a graphic card under 10000 INR. I am considering the Nvidia GTX 750 and the 650ti. (Any other suggestion would be highly appreciated)
I know the 750 has insanely low power requirements but does a 650ti perform better? Power consumption is not an issue for me because I am getting a 450 or 500 watt psu anyway.
I know my sh*t CPU will bottleneck the GPU but cant do anything about it... :(
Also, as I have a slimline pc (Dell Inspiron 560s), I am planning to transfer all the components into a new standard size cabinet...that should be OK, shouldn't it???

PS- I'm upgrading for FIFA 15

Power consumption is not an issue as I said earlier...so what do you say? Should I go with the 650ti?

i'd get a GTX 750 ti OCed , Costs 145$ but a killer for 60w , I know power is not an issue but more power means more heat , so u cant oc the card.
My card boosts it self from 1046 to 1189 by itself and hits 75 degrees at max load and i have small form factor and inno3d which has bad cooler.

I know the 750ti is a competition killer...but problem is it doesn't fit in my budget(neither does 650ti boost)...so 650ti plain and 750 are my only options...I dont think any amd cards can compete (r7 260x and hd 7790 can maybe...but I'll have to stretch even more than 10000inr (which is already more than I can spend on a GPU...I've to buy a cabinet and psu also))...are there any other options???
