You are in good shape minus the memory. For Intel builds there is no reason to go with memory frequencies over 1600. Look for DDR3-1600 modules with CL7 / CL8 and 1.5v specs. Anything "faster" has very limited benefits (again... for an Intel build). Also, tall heat spreaders on memory is not needed. Look toward the GSKILL Ares or Crucial Ballistix for good modules at good prices. Past that consider adding an SSD (840 EVO or MX100).

Thanks I was wondering if i went a bit overboard, do you think that's a good mother board for the price cause there's obviously a lot of options and I wanted a good durable one which which could deal with all the components
