After my pc froze i noticed that i only had 3.96 gig of ram availeble instead of my 8 gig in ram and my 2 x 4gig ram went from dual channel to single channel.
with resource monitor i found out that my 4 gig of mising ram was being used for hardware reserved.
and maximum memory in msconfig is not enabled.
bios is the latest version for my motherboard.
os : win7 ultimate 64bit
proccesor : amd fx 6350
Motherboard : AsRock 970 extreme3 R2.0
ram : 2 x 4 gig Corsair CMX8GX3M2A1333C9
graphics card : asus GT640-2GD3
hard drive : adata SSD premier pro SP900
