How do i add Dedicated Video Ram

So i have a Radeon R7 265 video card and 4GB of ram and when i go on the can you run it site it says i cant run any game because i have no dedicated video ram, i cant find the option to increase it in bios either, any help? Thanks

The Radeon R7 265 has 2GB of GDDR5 which is dedicated video RAM.

So, that means you have 4GB of system RAM and 2GB of GDDR5 Video RAM.

CanYouRunIt is detecting your integrated Graphics Chipset which has no dedicated Graphical RAM of its own (it uses your system RAM).

I'm not sure why the website isn't detecting your GPU, but as long as your GPU shows up in Device Manager (and isn't set to Disabled) your system is making use of it.
