SO, I have recently built my gaming rig, with btf4 being on of the games I wish to play. At first I had problems with mantle and AMD catalyst and now I can play I just get rubberbanding. Not constantly, but its starting to get on my tits when someone shoots me from around the corner or as I run to cover.

Reading up online people have said to unpark your CPU cores (done), open the ports for bf4 (done), turn off AA (done), run in x86 and even added this as a file to the programs file location - RenderDevice.Dx11Enable 1
RenderDevice.Dx11Dot1Enable 1
RenderDevice.Dx11Dot1RuntimeEnable 1
RenderDevice.TripleBufferingEnable 0
WorldRender.TransparencyShadowmapsEnable 0
WorldRender.MotionBlurEnable 0
WorldRender.MotionBlurForceOn 0
WorldRender.MotionBlurFixedShutterTime 0
WorldRender.MotionBlurMax 0
WorldRender.MotionBlurQuality 0
WorldRender.MotionBlurMaxSampleCount 0
WorldRender.SpotLightShadowmapEnable 0
WorldRender.SpotLightShadowmapResolution 256
WorldRender.LightTileCsPathEnable 0
RenderDevice.RenderAheadLimit 2
PostProcess.DynamicAOEnable 0
PerfOverlay.DrawFps 1

But it still happens.
Spec: AMD Athlon x4 760k @4.1
MSI a88x-g45
MSI R9 270x 2gb @1120 core clock
2x4gb corsair vengeance pro @1866
Wired connection through my GIGe port on my router (bt)..
Win 8.1.

Any help or fix with be highly Appreciated.
Thanks.
