Ok, here is the deal, today i OCED my 8350 to 4.7ghz with 1.375v stable in prime for 1h, more i dont have time, i was happy with it.

So now i noticed that Cool and Quiet doesnt work,
well it half works, it does lower the clocks to 1.4ghz but voltage stays at 1.375 when watching cpu-z
am i saving energy or not, cuz before even voltage droped.

now next one,

i managed to brake barier of 5ghz,
but i had to put voltage to 1.475, and thats high and still was not stable, basicly 1 core failed all the time on this voltage so i wasnt go up for more, in this 1.475v i was runing prime anyway, with h100i quiet settings and cpu temp was over 60 near 65 and core was 55...
was that good, could i increse voltage even more for stable 5ghz?

Personally i think you are pushing the limits with that voltage, if even heat is not an issue voltage can fry your CPU dead very quickly. 1.5 at the very max

imo. But even then i would back it down and be happy with 4.7

Unless you have a custom water loop, or phase change. Your not going to get acceptable temps above 1.5 volts.

The cpus can take up to 2 volts, Under ln2. Under custom loop water cooling 1.6.

Things are going to be relative to your temperatures.

Ok, i found out for C&Q, the CPU-Z didnt read the lover voltage that is 0.88, the AMD overdrive shows 0.88 on idle.

And currently Thermal Margin jumps from 51 to 60° at 4.6ghz 1.375v at idle and prime95 on max temp that i have reached now is 24°.

Good or bad?

Sounds to me like your voltage is fluctuating. while using Prime 95 and having coretemp open at same time can you post a pick of your temps in coretemp? under 100% load?
