windows 7 professional cannot identify my wireless adapter on my pc

Today i have bought a new wireless adapter.I've already installed the driver and everything worked fine.but the problem is that i cannot connect to the internet and its always showing 'identifying' again and again.i tried to uninstall and reinstall the adapter and its still displaying the same thing. Guys please help me to find out a solution to my problem. what the hell should i do?!?!
 
Solution
If you selected easy install you probably installed the software along with the driver. The attached software is controlling the hardware and in turn is not letting windows detect the network connection. You can look for the software on your computer and use it to connect to the internet or you can uninstall the software and use windows. You will probably have to find a check box that says allow windows to detect connection.
