You can download drivers from Acer's support website, but you need to know the Acer model and your Windows version to get the correct drivers for it. The download page for UK models is here: http://www.acer.co.uk/ac/en/GB/content/drivers
The best way to avoid getting the wrong drivers is to enter your Acer's serial number at top of page, then click "Search".
The UK site will only recognise UK models, so for other countries, click the link at bottom-right of page.
