Final Build Review

Solution
Looks great! The only possible issue I see is that the BIOS might not be compatible with the CPU. With some manufactures of the motherboard will support you to update your BIOS so that it will work.

The CPU is a Haswell Refresh, and the Motherboard is just Haswell. Any H97/Z97 will have the new BIOS. And if you are planning on OCing, then make sure that the Mobo will allow you to OC.

Also, just a thought, that could save a little money. The PSU is a little overkill. You could get by with plenty of extra power with a 600W.

Solution
Just changed a few parts for better pricing.

Z97 motherboard like what's said above about the bios thing.

Changed RAM to something cheaper and easier to install. 2x8gb kit compared to a 4x4.

If you're going for SLI, 850w would give you a bit more headroom which is more ideal. If you're not going to be running SLI, you should just get a 650w.

As for the fans, you don't really need them in my opinion. The case should have enough fans already.

Thanks for the feedback guys! I'd rather go with Devil's Canyon (more future proof).

How do you determine if a motherboard is "good"?

and do i need those additional fans or is that overkill given the CPU cooler and the windforce graphic card?

CPU Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core $256.98
Motherboard MSI Z87-G45 Gaming ATX LGA1150 $123.98

Memory G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 $190.48

Big no on the 4 x 4 as it hurts ya OC

DDR2133 CAS 9 - $205 http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820226510 +$15
DDR3-1866 CAS 9 - $190 http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231615 same price

http://www.ncix.com/detail/phanteks-enthoo-pro-full-tower-6d-98838.htm

This PSU is the best model from EVGA and is $10 cheaper
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438017

CPU Cooler Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing $41.98

Good "budget" cooler .... but you don't have a "budget" system.

Video Card Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770 2GB WINDFORCE $354.98

$10 cheaper

Tho if loud fans bother you ....this one is $5 more but way quieter
