Can anyone help me choose some parts for a cheap gaming pc? I have nothing and it would be great if it was under 800 dollars.

Going to be tough with a complete peripheral set. You don't have a monitor, keyboard, mouse, headphones/speakers, operating system, or any other PC components?

Little more GPU power and less CPU, but BF4 multiplayer does need a decent CPU.

CPU cooler is a little small, but will still work for a mild overclock.

Video card is a generation old. Equivalent would be the R9 270X

Pretty much, GTX750Ti has VGA, DVI, and HDMI on board. R7-260X has Two DVI, HDMI, and one Display port. It probably comes with a DVI to VGA adapter.
