Will my computer be able to run Battlefield 4 in ultra settings?

I am making my first build and wanted to know if my computer will be able to handle Battlefield 4 in ultra settings.

PC specs:

MSI 970 GAMING AMD970+SB950 Socket AM3+ ATX Motherboard
AMD (Piledriver) FX-6350 3.90GHz (4.20GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 6-Core Processor
MSI Radeon R9 270X Gaming 4GB PCI Express Graphics Card
Corsair Memory Vengeance Pro Series Silver 8GB DDR3 2133 MHz XMP Dual Channel Desktop

Please let me know if there is anything that I have to upgrade, or if there is anything that I can downgrade and still maintain the ultra settings as I would be able to transfer some of the budget to another part of the build.

Feel free to tell me any other games that I can or can't run in highest settings at 60+ fps.

Thanks in advance.

Depending on how Mantle affects your card and on resolution, you might be very close to that result with the current setup.

I agree with Petsku however, the RAM is kinda overkill...1333Mhz or 1600Mhz would be best for you, while you could get a nice performance boost out of a 280x GPU. Should this be the case, the FX-6350 might slightly bottleneck your card in some games, but nothing too noticeable I believe and nothing that a slight overclock can't fix.

Whether you decided to take that road or not, I'd honestly stay away from stock coolers, especially for AMD CPUs. Get yourself a decent aftermarket one and you'd be good to go.

EDIT: Just read about video editing. The hexacore should help a lot with that, and even so 1333/1600Mhz...

Depending on your monitor resolution I think it will be pretty close. One thing I notice about your build is that your memory is total overkill if you're not planning to do serious overclocking to your CPU. Get 8GB of 1333 Mhz ram and spend the extra bucks on the CPU or GPU.

If you wanted to do something heavier, you would still need more RAM rather than a higher frequency...

If your monitor is 1080p you will be able to run Battlefield 4 at High settings with an average of about 60 fps.
With Ultra settings you'll be getting an average of about 40.

Both. Neither of those would max out BF4.

However it must be noted that it would play just fine on high at 60fps, and I can't remember the last game I played where there was a big difference between high and ultra...

Why do you need to run BF4 at ultra? It looks fantastic even at medium settings. If you want to run Battlefield on Ultra with over 60fps you're going to need to pour a lot more money in to that computer.

What about childish bragging rights? "I CAN HAZ ULTRA DETAILZ!!!1!11!eleven!"

To stay safe, you would need to upgrade both. I think an FX-8350 CPU and a 280x will prove to be a lot more future-proof and performant than your current rig, while also helping a bit more on the editing part with 2 more cores to leverage power from...
Of course, they'll not be so cheap, but with your current hardware you'd need to take the "Mantle gamble". AFAIK, it works wonders for some people, while it doesn't for others.

Humor aside, BF4 will be more than enjoyable even at high, really. You don't really need ultra, and that goes for almost every game out there...
