Quite a bit actually. Anything past an HD 7870, R9 270/x, or a GTX 660 is major bottleneck territory. The 750k, @ 4.3ghz, will actually start to bottleneck at about that GPU performance level.

Quite a bit probably. It's a decent little processor, but...a budget one. I wouldn't waste my time pairing that video card with that processor, as you're probably doing it to play games? Want higher graphics settings probably, right? That processor will get eaten alive by games with a lot of physics, or are CPU intensive.
