ok so i want to get gta iv it says i need cpu and dedicated video ram but the rest is good can i still run it here are my specs:

Solution
1) GTA 4 runs like total crap regardless. I've tried it on FIVE different computers including an i7/GTX680 setup and it has VSYNC and stutter issues.

2) Your CPU appears adequate.

Not seeing any Graphics specs, but again this game runs like crap. I'd suggest waiting for GTA5 or just find a different game. Maybe Saints Row 3/4 if your setup can handle that.
