URGENT Need Help GAMING PC

Im really happy i got so much support. ive decided to build my own gaming PC Budget is £450 (about $700) and i want to like i said be able to play Minecraft at high settings 80+FPS On Online servers while recording using idk camtasia 8. PC Part Picker is no good since its US (i dont know if it does UK aswell?) could anyone please link me to a good. cheap build for what i need. I love the Sharkoon Bulldozer case which is what i will use im not sure if that makes a diffrence.

Please reply ASAP as i hope to order all parts in the next 24Hours.

Building the PC seams easy enough its just installing the "Driver" i dont understand and would need help with. Basically once i build the PC and loaded it up will i need to do anything? i got told i need to install aloud of stuff, I already have winodows 8 64Bit.

*I know you said you didn't want to, but I decided to see what I could create. If I tried to go cheaper I had to put in a worse CPU and I really like the i5-4590 as it's far better than the AMD CPU's for gaming, and even better than other non-overclockable i5's (3.7GHz Turbo speed).

Then, I tried to pick reasonable quality parts.

Finally, I came to the graphics card and decided an ASUS GTX750Ti wouldn't be too bad. Technically a GTX750Ti is about 20% poorer or so than an R9-270 but this card would overclock better than an R9-270.

Plus, it's hard to compare the FX-4300/R9-270 to an i5-4590/GTX750Ti because in some games you'd get a lot of CPU bottlenecking, and in others it's more...

It's probably okay for the price though I don't have much to compare it to.

*My only concern is your desire to "record" as an NVidia graphics card (GTX650 or better) has a feature called Shadowplay that can record/stream with very minimal impact on frame rate. It has a hardware decoder called "NVENC" that enables this so it's sampling it's own output.

It would be at worst a 10% frame rate hit (i.e. 66FPS to 60FPS) whereas trying to use a software method can often be 25% to 40% hit.

For that price point, a GTX750Ti or better would be my advice in your case.

It's got a lot better CPU than the FX-4300 to avoid CPU bottlenecks.

The GTX750Ti isn't quite as fast as the R9-270, but again in your case you want to record so Shadowplay would be an asset.

Overall I think this would be a better system, plus with the much better CPU you can drop in a better graphics card in a couple years without fear of a huge CPU bottleneck.

(I didn't add a CPU cooler due to the budget and fair comparison to a pre-built setup which would use stock. Just make sure fan control is setup properly to avoid excessive noise)

Anyway, it's fun to look at the parts.

2 Things:

1) The intel builds above are good, BUT your money will stretch a little further with an AMD build. So if you have no CPU preference it is worth considering both.

2) I don't know about Europe, but AMD will be dropping their CPU prices on Sept 1 here in the states. It may be worth waiting a week or so to see if this makes them a better buy...or maybe even to see if Intel follows suit. Regardless of what you buy, a penny saved is a penny earned. ;)
