I am looking for a computer and 1080p monitor that can get me over 100fps recording and not recording minecraft with very high settings I want the cheapest one you could find. If not maybe a computer that is completely locked to 60fps recording and not recording on minecraft?

That monitor shouldn't have any issues getting that high of FPS as well.
 


To be fair, being coded on Java, Minecraft's performance is always going to fluctuate somewhat if you turn the chunks up high enough. I can't imagine someone would ever have a practical reason to see much further than the default (8) chunks though, since by about ~10 chunks the blocks are nearly single pixels anyway.
 


I did have them cranked all the up to 12/16 (or wahtever the max is) it was also on a new world, so that's really the only time it reaches zero is when it populated the new chunk.
