guys i am using apu a4 4000 and ati 5450 2gb ddr3 but still cant use 75 frequencey in moniter and also in device maneger showi

@clutchc dere is no option to change refresh rates after i installed 5450 before that i can change my refresh rates with my older ddr2 card i dnt understand whats the problem in device manger also showing no driver installed but i did 14.7 latest :(

lg 19EN33S i also used zotac 210 2gb ddr3 i can change reresh rates good resolution options and better fps at dota 2 but with 5450 i cant play and when i play dota 2 my processer is in 70% 80% activity is it normal? sir?

OK. That monitor does indeed offer 75 Hz refresh rate. Go to the Catalyst Control Center/My Digital Flat Panels/Properties. What does it show for max reported refresh rate?

Also, run Windows Update and see if it locates a special driver for that monitor.
(I have to leave the computer for awhile. I'll check back later)
