I own a Rosewill CHALLENGER case that came with one Rosewill 120MM Blue LED intake Fan in the front, one 140MM Rosewill exhaust Fan on the top of the case, and one 120M Rosewill exhaust Fan in the rear where the I/O shield is. I recently bought two Corsair High Air Flow Blue LED fans for intake for my side panel and holy crap they blow more air in my case like a jet engine! :D  So this made me worry about how my other fans suck and if i should get better ones. My main problem is that the 3 Rosewill fans it came with feel like they are not blowing "ANY" air in or out! I am not being sarcastic either, even when they are running at 1200 RPM i can put a tissue on each side of the fan and the tissue does not even move or shake yet if i hold something like a toothpick near the fan it clean cuts the toothpick in half, lol. I can hold a tissue 1 feet away from my corsair fans and it sucks the tissue in from that far! So does it sound like the 3 stock fans that came with my case are defective or crappy? I know this is a big deal considering they are the two only exhaust fans and one of the three intake fans i have. Should i get Corsair or Noctua fans?

Most fans that come with cases aren't very good, especially cheap cases, I'd suggest you go noctua if you don't mind its looks, it offers quiet and performance in the same package, go corsair if you want to look good
