Reboot and select proper boot device or Insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key!

that is the correct message when your pc boots from the first time. This is because you have no operating system. Ensure you have the sata cable and power cable plugged into the DVD player, then put Windows DVD and hit any key and should start loading.

Well I have bought this computer about last year at the end so I don't think it's the first time rebooted
