Hello.

About two weeks ago, the audio on my computer stopped working. I hadn't experienced any problems for over a year. I decided to buy a sound card; Xonar DG. That didn't work either. So a couple of days ago I ordered a new motherboard. I got it earlier today, and I tried to play some music. It worked fine, so I decided to Skype and play a game with a friend. My mic didn't work. After doing every single thing that MAYBE could work, nothing. And now I can't play audio anymore either.

Does anyone have a slight clue on what the problem might be?

could be something with your audio manager in windows... OR it could be the MSI board (I despise MSI and have had nothing but trouble with them) Im starting to sound like a broken record on this forum with my MSI hate so i apologise... But Yeah... Try Updating drivers, all that jazz... Then RMA it if nothing else and sell it for a new brand.
