So I have been having problems with my pc recently, it has been freezing a lot. No sound no blue screen just freezes. At first I thought it was over heating but it has not gone up above 70 so I dont think that is the case. Sometimes it freezes within 10-30 minutes after bootup, sometimes it takes hours, its just very random.
I got this message when i restarted my pc:

I had the same problem a month ago. My specs are: AMD Phenom II X4 955BE(stock 3.2 Ghz processor), 8GB's of Patriot 1600MHz RAM(4x2gb's), XFX Radeon HD 5870 1GB video card all on a ASUS ROG Crosshair 3 Formula mobo with a Corsair H50 liquid cooling heatsink and 3 140mm case fans(so plenty of cooling all around). What I finally diagnosed what the problem was the 650 watt power supply. Replaced it and now everything works(and games) great...so check your PSU! And good luck.

Ok so i uninstalled the vid card, shut down and cleaned the card with air can. There was some dust stuck in there.
booted up again, re installed the vid card and i took a screeny of the temps here. so far i have not noticed anything I will post results in a day or so
