I've just upgraded to Windows 8.1 64bit and when trying to enter "amd4u.com" website this is what happens: "You've requested a page that currently is on the Incapsula network.
Incapsula was unable to connect to the server. "
WHAT THE HELL IS "INCAPSULA"??? This never happened in my life, so it has to be something with win8, I can't find ANY information on internet about this. I basically can't redeem my 3 free games from AMD's website because of this. I'm confused and don't feel safe while using my new windows.
It's also REALLY slow while trying to load some websites (this has never been a problem with win7). Any help greatly appreciated.
