Here you go, I changed the case and the PSU to better quality. The Antec Neo Eco is SeaSonic built and very similar to an M12II. I would get the case, PSU and mobo for now, and upgrade the GPU when you have the money. There is a couple of new cards coming out in the near future so there might be a bit of a shift in prices too.

I'm pretty sure thats server RAM and you can get much cheaper 8gb modules. Also i'd bump the PSU up to at least a EVGA B series. Where are you located, whats your budget and where will you be buying from?

Ok so just to check i've got it down, you have CPU, RAM, HDD and ODD. Still need mobo, PSU, GPU and case and have $250 now to get it working and $150 later to improve it.

This is just an idea of parts you could get now, then i'd upgrade the GPU later to a r7 265 or R9 270

What do you want to do with the computer? If it is for gaming, what sort of games do you play.

Also what CPU do you have already? If it's not a very good one, it might be worth moving away from the FM chipset, and maybe looking at the FX series. The problem with that though is the FX series don't have integrated GPUs so it wouldn't work until you got a distinct GPU.
