I have an r9 270 factory overclocked gpu. I was wondering if having 2-3 monitors on the card will affect performance in games like battlefield. I would probably only have the game on a single monitor, rather and stretched across the others.
Thanks!

When you say "stretched across the others" are you referring to have a very very widescreen resolution? If so then yes it will affect the framerate. Having 3x the resolution usuall will be a big frame rate drop.

What I meant was, I've seen people who are playing a game and the game is across 2-3 monitors. I don't know how it works, but I wouldn't be using it. I would just have the other monitors on the desktop, or on the web

You only have a slight framerate drop if you are just using one monitor for gaming and the others for browsing.
