Hi, I'm building a new computer and when I powered on my system without the gpu plugged into the PSU, it worked fine. But as soon as I plug it in the psu clicks and does nothing. This is the build I have : http://pcpartpicker.com/user/agesalman/saved/qrgQzy. Specifically a Corsair RM850 PSU, a MSI Z97M Gaming Motherboard, an i5 4690k, and a Twin Frozr r9 290x. Any help is appreciated.
