Is Genius Netscroll 110x a gaming mouse?

Solution
You don't need more than 1200 DPI for FPS games, and that mouse will serve you just fine although don't expect anything amazing from it. If you want a good, cheap, mouse that will give you amazing performance you can get a microsoft wheel mouse optical http://www.amazon.com/Microsoft-D66-00029-Wheel-Mouse-Optical/dp/B00006B7HB/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1408817602&sr=8-1&keywords=microsoft+wheel+mouse+optical 30 bucks for a new one and super cheap for a used one. It's simple, no frills or anything extra, just a mouse. It's the mouse I use to play Counter Strike, Quake, and Battlefield.

I am not a hardcore player, so extra button-ed mouse isn't what I need. I play Team Fortress 2 mostly and the Sniper is what I am good to, in terms of concentration and accuracy. Is there any mouse out there that has a recommendable DPI, budget-friendly, and most important, enough to say a simple but not as serious gaming mouse.
