So my brother got this computer from his work, but he never plugged it in or turned it on. Well he got fired from his work and he moved out of my house and he left the computer here. So I go to fire it up today, and nothing happens. I plug my mouse, keyboard, and monitor in and nothing happens. I can see the computer is on, but the monitor sits in idle mode and the mouse doesn't light up, nor does the keyboard. And about every 45 seconds the computer turns off and turns back on. Can someone help me?
