When I boot up my computer, the boot menu gives me two windows 7 options. One is the right one, and one just gives me an error. How can I remove the second one? If I recall correctly, I was installing Windows 7 to a usb drive, and even though I have it removed, it still gives me an option to boot from it.

I am guessing you are seeing a Windows boot loader message. If you reinstalled Windows(or used a repair or startup repair option) at some time you may have been left with this.

From Windows try to hit Start + R to get the run dialog and type msconfig then hit enter.
From this screen check the boot tab to see if you have 2 copies of Windows listed.

You can remove the one you do not want, but take care to get the right one.

I've tried that, but it still shows up with both options. I want to delete it alltogether
