Gonna use this to Stream on Twitch, Record for Youtube, and Render Videos For Youtube.

Gonna be playing Dayz, Minecraft, Rust, Arma III, Call Of Duty, BF4, Gary's mod, Left 4 Dead 2, and a few other steam games.

Smorizio posted an Intel config. Here you go an AMD one:

Depending on are you a AMD or Intel fan, you will pick up your choice.
You have to consider that some games are more optimized for AMD, some for Intel, for example Battlefield 4 (You will get better and higher FPS with an AMD config, as the game is optimized for AMD). Same sittuation for Crysis 3.
You might want a SSD. Well, to be honest they are kind of expensive, but at least I'd go for the 200GB+ ones. If you get a 120GB one, you will install your OS on it (and it should run amazingly and fast), but you will be low on free space. I've read if you install games on a SSD, it will only make the in-game loading faster. I am not sure about that...

That's what I have read about them, but yeah...

For your game list, I'd go for the AMD config.
With the AMD FX-8350, you will be able for gaming for a long time, since you can OC it easily and it has 8 cores.
If you get an Intel i5 with a non-K at the end, then it is locked and you can not OC it. The one what Smorizio recommended is a K one and that one can be OCed.

Hope I helped, now you can pick up a config you like more ;)
Regards.
