HDMI not working - sapphire R9 270

I am trying to use an HDMI cable instead of a VGA cable on my Sapphire R9 270 and no luck i go into screen resolution and go on duplicate display and go to where the cable is plugged in (HDMI 3) but I get nothing, I have also tried unplugging the VGA cable and restarting but it doesnt help

Try a different HDMI cable. Also, re install your gpu drivers.
