I got 4gb ram, AMD IIE9030 Quad Core Processor, 2.00GHz, And also ATI mobility radeon HD 5000 series and AMD M880G with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250

With bad fps on low settings. My gtx 780 ti and 8gigs of ram and i5 3570 can barely handle that game on ultra. Its terribly optimized and I get the same fps on ultra as on med settings which is around 50 fps. Also, there is major stuttering. I havent played it in the past 2 weeks but i doubt there has been a patch to fix the optimization issues in that time.
