i have been experiencing huge fps drops(low as 1) despite having a pretty high end PC. I have literally tried everything from re-installing windows, checking temps, wiping hard drives, and even cleaning out my case. Do you guys have any suggestions? Could it be failing hardware?

Are your drivers up to date?

Also, try contacting blizzard support. They're actually really helpful with technical support!

In most cases you need to install your mobo drivers manually.

Another thing to try, If your mobo has multiple PCI slots, try throwing your card into a different slot.
