You should go with a Z97 Motherboard if youre getting a k version of an i7. Also i would go with xfx for a power supply. Other than that looks like a good build

Your estimated power consumption is 821w i would go with the 1000w so if you upgrade anything youll know you will have enough power

Three things.
1. Don't need a i7
2. Get the tri x or a 780 ti if you can afford it
3. don't need 16gb of ram

Also i'm getting a deal of a friend for the r9 290x (both of them) thats why im getting them. I'm going to be gaming, streaming, editing, rendering, multimedia everything really so i was suggested to get 16gb ram ... If you think there's still no point let me know. Thanks so much

i5 4690k and a asus sabertooth mk2 or asus maximus VII Hero, but, since you render etc. the i7 and 16gb of ram will help you, keep those, cause i thought you just plan on gaming

Should be okay, i prefer the corsair graphite 760T cause it looks better as a case, but if you have fans at the back and top as exhaust, and only front as intake, your airflow will be fine

It depends what your computer is for, if its for gaming get an i5 4690K if you want to over clock go with a z97 mobo and if you want a cheap aftermarket cooler go with an hyper evo 212 for like 30 bucks. 8gb is good for gaming you really dont need for than that

The motehrboard isn't the best choice, you need a motherboard that runs dual gpus at x16 x16, maybe a asus sabertooth mk2

Yes, but some boards get more power from the cards, so a board that runs dual gpu's at x16 x16 will get more power from the cards than a board that's running it at x16 x8, some boards run at x16 x16, some run it at x16 x8
