is there any way i can get a r9 280x for 200 dollars. not used.
or a gtx 770 for 200 dollars? the 770 is a bit far fetched i know but 200 dollars is my budget for a gpu so hence the question. any help would be great.

Go to amazon, search "280X", and just click on the "used" link. Basically every one has some offer below $200. Some even go as low as $160. Same for GTX 770. Make sure that used is "like new". I've bought one "like new", and it has been great.
